Dany Shalala

Showcasing a robust 24 years in the building and construction industry, Dany has a wealth of experience across the broad spectrum of the construction arena, undertaking roles including site manager and project manager for a variety of projects, from residential, multi-level residential and mixed-use to commercial developments. He has led successful outcomes on major projects across NSW, building strong teams that are highly motivated, client focused and results driven.

Responsible for overseeing the construction management and site management teams, Dany is actively involved in all elements of a project, from initial tender right through to delivery. With a meticulous eye for detail, close collaboration, and a focus on quality management, he liaises with all stakeholders, from clients to consultants and sub-contractors, to ensure flawless management and the best possible outcomes. As a result of his people-centric leadership style, he has established and aims to continue developing a culture where people feel connected and valued.

With expertise spanning every aspect of construction management, Dany brings comprehensive knowledge in project planning, execution, budgeting, and client relations. At the heart of his approach is a commitment to cultivating a client-centric culture within the organisation. Projects Director

Fadi Safar

Having worked in the industry for 15 years, Fadi has an extensive level of experience in delivering high end residential and commercial projects. Instrumental in spearheading JV Projects, Fadi brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of construction management. His role encompasses the comprehensive oversight of the entire construction process, from initial project planning through to successful completion, including contract negotiations, budgeting, resource allocation, and adept risk management. As a stakeholder of JV Projects Group, Fadi oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including business development, strategic planning, client liaison, as well as being involved in all phases of projects from foundation to completion.

A proud member of a team recognized as a Finalist in the Urban Developers Award, Fadi is well-versed in navigating the intricacies of construction project management. Fadi implements quality assurance measures that ensure each project is delivered up to the highest standard and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget by applying equal measures of professionalism and reliability. His strategic mindset, natural leadership abilities, combined with an impeccable eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality and execution has earned him a reputation for consistently delivering projects to the highest standards, meeting both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Petar Kastropil has over a decade of experience delivering projects across multiple sectors including large scale commercial, mixed-use residential, boutique builds and commercial fit outs. With a reputation for delivering quality projects and thriving in complex developments, his ability to align project deliverables with clients needs has been instrumental to high rates of repeat business. Respected in the industry for his problem solving, design insights and ability to build strong client and subcontractor relationships, Petar has an excellent track record of being hands on and driving exceptional outcomes. Committed to delivering high end projects with mastery, his team is dedicated to finishing projects on time and on budget.

Petar has a diversified portfolio of commercial experience spanning from high-end, large-scale office buildings to display suites, show rooms and retail fit-outs, rendering no project out of reach. Focusing on collaborative solutions and a commitment to build to exacting standards, Petar brings a wealth of experience, passion, and attention to detail to every project.

Design Manager

James Taouk

James brings versatile expertise spanning residential, commercial, and aged care buildings over his 12-year tenure in the construction industry. His proficiency extends to comprehensive document control and management, covering Development Application (DA), Construction Certificate (CC), and Occupation Certificate (OC) processes. Adept in full subcontractor management, he navigates procurement, review, and ongoing oversight with precision.

Through years of hands-on experience encompassing roles both on-site and in the office, James has honed the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the construction landscape with precision and efficiency. Demonstrating effective head and subcontract management skills, James contributes to the seamless coordination and execution of projects. His track record reflects a commitment to excellence in diverse construction environments.

Anwar Shamim

With a decade of invaluable experience in both residential and commercial sectors, Anwar brings a meticulous approach to estimating that empowers clients and stakeholders to make well-informed decisions while staying within budget constraints. His proficiency lies in accurately assessing project costs and timelines across a diverse range of construction endeavors, spanning commercial buildings, residential developments, and infrastructure projects.

His keen eye for detail is evident in the meticulous analysis of project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents. This allows him to provide comprehensive estimates that align seamlessly with clients’ budgetary requirements. Anwar’s commitment to precision and thoroughness positions him as a reliable professional capable of navigating the intricacies of construction estimating with excellence.

Bringing over 17 years of accuracy and efficiency in the accounting field, with a specialized focus on the construction industry for the past 8 years, Jigar is a seasoned professional committed to excellence. Armed with robust communication skills, Jigar excels in working with budgets, and his extensive management experience is underscored by a strong focus on the execution of effective strategies that yield tangible results. Proficient in various accounting tools such as MYOB, XERO, Jobpac, Micro, Time target, and Zoho Books, he is able to leverage technology to streamline financial processes.

With an impressive 22 years in the construction industry, Kirsten brings a wealth of experience and proficiency to the table. Her skill set extends beyond the construction site, encompassing a diverse range of administrative tasks. From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to handling correspondence and ensuring seamless operations, her commitment to excellence has consistently contributed to the streamlining of administrative processes and the enhancement of overall office productivity.
